The National Association of Female Correctional Officers (NAFCO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving working conditions in prisons, jails and correctional facilities in the United States. Our mission is to serve as the national voice of female correctional officers, to work toward eliminating sexual assault and harassment of female officers, and to promote the development and use of cutting edge technology.

Federal Legislative Agenda
NAFCO's federal legislative agenda is to secure the passage of federal legislation that would help stop female officers from being raped and sexually assaulted while on duty. One of our goals is to organize a lobbying day in Washington D.C. for female officers from across the country to secure the passage of legislation into federal law. More Info...
